Utah Family Photographer | San Diego California Beach Session

So, we met in Maryland at the wedding of a mutual friend.  They live in San Diego, I live in Utah.  How awesome that we were able to meet up again and it was my absolute pleasure to photograph this gorgeous family not only in their home state but at their favorite beach as well.

Grateful for the modern ability to connect and stay connected to friends.  This session is definitely one of my favorites.  Hope you enjoy the fabulous V Family...

Utah Family Photographer | August 11-on-11 project

(This is the eighth post of an 11-on-11 project I am participating in this year with a group of insanely talented photographers from around the world. 11 pictures, on the 11th of each month. The only “rule” is one of the images has to be a self portrait.  To see last months post click HERE) 

Welcome friends!  So, this post is a little different for me.  There may be a tad more than 11 pictures, I don't have a selfie and all but three were taken with my iPhone.  Kinda feel like a slacker, but this month was crazy.

Most of the images are from our recent trip to San Diego, CA.  You will notice that my daughter makes more of an appearance than my boys but that's what happens when your older kids wise up and start running whenever you pull out your camera...or now phone.

Utah Family Photographer | N Family (Maryland)

I feel so honored to have been able to photograph this family during a recent trip to my hometown in Maryland.  I went to high school with Mrs. N (man, we are getting old!) and was so thrilled when she contacted me.  She hasn't changed a bit, is a gorgeous as ever and has a beautiful family.  They were seriously so fun and easy to work with.  This may just be one of my favorite sessions ever.  Enjoy the N Family...
