Utah Family Photographer | 11-on-11 project January 2014

(This is the first post of an 11-on-11 project I am honored and excited to be participating in this year with a group of talented photographers from around the country: Kelly Sweda (CA), Sara Kaleho (MN), Sanna Lee (MN), Marie Sant (UT), Brooke Schmoe (FL), Brandi Tejeda (CO) and Corey Villicana (CA)  No rules or guidelines other than we post 11 personal pictures on the 11th of each month. )

I'm so excited to be continuing on with this project again in 2014 and this year it's with a whole new group of photographers.  We all "met" on Instagram and are each at different stages in our photography journey.  I can't wait for you to get to know these wonderful and talented ladies!

I know we are all tired of the Christmas pics, so let's just get those out of the way...

Even little Almond was ready with her Christmas bows.

Utah Family Photographer | 2013 Year in Review

Wow, this was hard to narrow down.  I tried to give myself a 50 picture limit, but there are just so many images from this year that I love.  Finally stopped at 73...

First, I want to send a huge thank you to all of my amazing clients who have helped make this year such a success.  So grateful to have been able to work with each and every one of you.

And to my poor children, who may never be the same after my 365 photo a day project.  One day you will hopefully be grateful for all the times I bribed and coerced you into taking "just one more picture!"

Utah Family Photographer | December 11-on-11 Project

I can hardly believe it's been a year!!  So grateful for this project, the wonderful ladies participating and the challenge of having to shoot for myself every month.  

And so, here is the final installment of 2013's 11-on-11 project.  Thank you to all who have followed along and to those of you who are here for the first time!  I hope you enjoy our life in pictures during the past month...

3 and 1/2 years old and we have our first PIGTAILS!  She was so thrilled.

Had a few sick days...

and some horseback riding.  Definitely a highlight.

This handsome man got a major haircut...and we're lovin' it.
